What is the address of the event?

How much does it cost to take part?
2 Wheeler Trader (scooter/push bike/motorbike) £30 + VAT per day

Car Trader or Pair Trader £50 + VAT per day 

Middle Vehicle (VW Camper or Caravan) £65 + VAT per day

Large Vehicle (Coach, Airstream or Truck) £90 + VAT per day

Display Vehicle or Pair Display – Free of charge

Can I book just one day, or the whole weekend?
You can book for one day or for the whole weekend. If you wish to book for one day only please indicate your preferred day (Saturday or Sunday) and we will endeavor to accommodate you. Please note, your place is not guaranteed unless you have paid for your pitch in full. 

I am a vintage trader, but don't own a classic car. Can I still take part? 
Yes you can! If you do not own a vehicle, we would be happy to match you with a classic car owner, but you must send details and pictures of your stock to Emma at info@classiccarbootsale.co.uk in the first instance in order to apply.

I want to display my car or bike only. Is there a charge?
No, but you would have to send details plus pictures of your vehicle to info@classiccarbootsale.co.uk for approval. You can also pair up with a trader (someone who does not have a classic car, but has vintage stock to sell). You will not be allowed access to the event if you turn up with your vehicle on the day without having pre-registered.

What times would we need to set up and vacate the site?
We will be staggering the set up times between 7:30am – 9:45am. We will contact you with details of what time you expect you to arrive on site. The event finishes at 6pm and cars will be able to leave once all members of the public have left the site. 

What time does the show open to the public and how much is the entry? 
The show will open at to the public at 10am and it will cost £5 to enter. Tickets can only be purchased in the day.

Am I allowed to bring guests in?
If you are trading or displaying a vehicle your guests must arrive on site with you, we will not be providing wristbands once the show has started.

Is it ok to set up a gazebo or something similar to provide cover?
Yes, you can set up a gazebo 3x3m only if you have booked and paid to bring one. Gazebos must meet with current fire retardant standards, must be in a good and presentable order and is securely weighted down, posing no danger to the public. Please note there is an additional charge of £20 if you wish to bring a gazebo, payable at the time of booking, and it must be contained within your pitch. Please also note that market type coverings will not be allowed.

Can I hire tables and gazebos from you?
No. We do not have a facility to hire out any tables or gazebos. 

Can we bring all the stock down in a van or non-vintage car, and would we need to unload and park the vehicle elsewhere?
Yes, you can unload your stock from a non-vintage vehicle, but we request that you unload as soon as possible upon arrival due to limited space. Once unloaded, you MUST move your vehicle off site and find somewhere else to park.

I want to leave early – do I have to stay the whole day? 
Yes, you are required to stay. Due to limited space and a risk to the public, it is very difficult for you to leave the site once parked up and in position. Please do not book unless you are sure you can stay the whole day with us. You will only be allowed to leave in an emergency or in exceptional circumstances. In this instance, please contact a member of the team first who will marshal you safely off the site. 

Are there refreshments available at the event? 
Yes, we have a well stocked bar, and some of London’s finest street food traders who will be happy to serve you throughout the day! You will also be able to buy food and hot drinks upon arrival and set up.

I have booked for the whole weekend. Can I sleep on site? 
No due to security you will not be able to sleep on site.

Is there overnight security?
Yes there will be an overnight security. 

Are there any storage facilities for my stock overnight? 
No, sorry, but all stock must be kept with your vehicle. We are also not responsible for any damage or losses to any goods or vehicles on site. 

Am I allowed to restock? 
Yes, we actively encourage you to bring in fresh, high quality stock. If you do need to restock, please ensure you are ready to trade however prior to the opening of the show.

Where is the nearest parking? 
The nearest parking is Pancras Road, this is 11 minutes walk from the Classic Car Boot Sale site. Have a look HERE for more parking options. 

What is the nearest tube? 
Kings Cross Station (Circle, Hammersmith and City, Metropolitan, Northern, Piccadilly and Victoria underground lines). 

What is the nearest international rail station? 
St Pancras International (Eurostar, Southeastern).

Is there a daily congestion charge I have to pay when entering London?
No, there is no charge over the weekend. 

What about the Low Emission Zone? I have a large van/lorry? Will I be affected and have to pay?
Yes, you may have to, but depending on whether or not you meet the Euro 3 Emissions standards. You can find out more information and whether your vehicle is affected HERE

What happens if my vehicle breaks down and I’m late?
We understand – and we’ll do our best to accommodate you – but please leave early to allow plenty of time for any unforeseen circumstances. 

What about disabled access?
We have ensured adequate provision. Please note the ground is hard standing, if you require assistance please contact a member of the team on site who will be happy to assist you. 

Is there internet connection on site?
There is Wi-Fi on site. 

Where is the nearest cash point?
The closest cash point is at King's Cross station. 

Can I bring my dog onsite?
Yes - we love dogs!

Do children go free?
Children under 12 go free.
